Now here’s the thing: desk research is notoriously intangible. It’s the nature of the beast. No one knows that they ‘can’t know what they don’t know’ like a researcher. What we can do is talk, find out what you’re looking for, discuss your priorities and budget, and take it from there.
Work can be done either to a set budget or with payment by the hour. Either way, there’s regular dialogue on progress to date, with emphasis on maximizing value for clients.
